Motherson Sumi Systems Ltd. is a joint venture between Samvardhana Motherson International Ltd of India and Sumitomo Wiring Systems Ltd. (SWS) of Japan. A collaboration with Tokai Electric Co. (now SWS) in 1983 led to the incorporation of Motherson Sumi Systems in 1986, primarily as a wiring harness manufacturer.

Salary :-
- ITI Pass: CTC Rs. 16911/- Per Month (Including PF, ESIC & Bonus ) In Hand Rs. 10900 / Month Working Time 8 Hours + Ot Double Payment
- Non ITI (High School Passed): CTC Rs.15401/-Per Month (Including PF, ESIC & BONUS) In Hand Rs.9935/Per Month Working Time 8 Hrs + Ot Double Payment
