Qualification :-
- ITI/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical or Instrumentation)
Experience :- Minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience with Electrical & Instrumentation installation, calibration, troubleshooting and maintaining process instrumentation up time
Job Description :-
- Plans and schedules Corrective Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Calibration Work Orders.
- Proficient in read & design – P&IDs, single-line diagrams, ladder logic, and wiring schematics
- Carryout the calibration/PM and record datas in checklists as described in the SOPs.
- Perform IQ/OQ/PQ testing for new and existing equipment.
- Experience with industrial controls PLCs, motor controls, control valves, electrical distribution
- Prepare and maintain SOPs for all equipment
- Candidate should have working knowledge of various process control systems, Panasonic, Rockwell Automation, Siemens, Honeywell, Delta etc.
