JM Frictech India Pvt Ltd (JMI), Established in 2008 as a joint Venture between M/s Jimmying Frictech Co Ltd – Korea and NTC Engineering Services Pvt Ltd India. Design, Develop, Test and Manufacture of Wet Brake & Wet Clutch System with its actuation parts (both Mechanical & Hydraulic Brake Parts).
Position – Operator And Technician
Qualification – Diploma, ITI Pass
Experience – 2 Yrs – 3 Yrs of Experience in Machine shop, CNC, VMC, VTL, Assembly is preferrable
Job Location – Sriperumbudur,Tamil Nadu, Chennai
Salary – Rs. 1.25-2.25 Lacs P.A
Job Description –
- Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) to start a production cycle
- Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)
- Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
- Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
- Test operation of machines periodically
- Fix issues that might occur during the shift
- Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
- Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
- Maintain activity logs
- Understanding of production procedures
- Adherence to health and safety regulations
