Position – Machine Operator
Job Location – Neemrana, Rajasthan
Experience – 1 – 5 Years
Qualification – ITI/Diploma-Electrical/Mechanical
Salary – ₹ 1.5-3 Lacs P.A
Job Description –
- 1. Well knowledge about Sachet machine/ FFS machine Operation and Maintenance.
- 2. Knowledge of preventive Maintenance/ Perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment start up and operation on multiple pieces of equipment.
- 3. Knowledge of printing machine/batch coding and Valve body Change Over.
- 4. Monitor the production lines/ Operate/monitor multiple pieces of equipment during operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops.
- 5. Set up equipment for food production/ operates a production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
- 6. Maintain GMP.
- 7. Monitoring of breakdown.
- 8. Inventory of spare parts/inspecting parts to specifications and making adjustments, or tool changes as necessary to maintain quality specifications.
- 9. Manpower handling.
