Salary :- ₹ 1,50,000 – 3,75,000 P.A
Job Description :-
- Daily Line meeting with Assistant Line Leaders and operators. Responsible for Manpower Handling, Line balancing with equipment and tools.
- Responsible for Daily production report and ISO Documents and Provide Production Training for all Line Leader.
- Responsible for Material inventory and maintain the 6S on Production Floor and also control line rejection for First time right.
- Responsible for on time delivery of products and Discipline among all Operator.
- Responsible for material availability for next day production lot.
- Responsible for completion of daily work orders.
- Encouraged and motivated employees to meet production deadlines and goals.Performed troubleshooting on equipment breakdowns and Checked products for quality.
- Made certain employees followed legal rules and safety standards also functioned
