Salary :- ₹ 1-3 Lacs P.A
Job Description :-
- Undertake detailed analysis of all breakdowns and take steps to avoid future breakdowns
- Formulate end to end maintenance planning framework and prepare preventive maintenance
- schedule in alignment with the production plan
- Oversee preparation of preventive maintenance checklists for machines and ensure
- adherence to the same.
- Identify opportunities for savings; provide process improvement recommendations to the
- Plant Head detailing possible reduction in running losses and operating expenditure of the
- plant.
- Prepare a department-level budget estimate and present it to the Plant Head
- Monitor maintenance budget utilization and analyze variance; provide recommendations for
- corrective action to Plant Head.
