Position :- Field Service Technician

Qualification  :- ITI Refrigeration or Diploma.

Experience :- Experience of 6 to 7 years in handling technical service profile.Experience of installing big water-cooled chillers, air conditioning systems, air handling systems, cold storages, HVAC, etc. is necessary.

Job Description :-

• Provide service and customer support during field visits for refrigeration units i.e. Glycol chiller, Polycold Cryochillers, etc.
• Attend onsite installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks of Glycol chiller and Polycold Cryochillers independently.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems & determine proper solutions.Produce timely and detailed service reports, time sheets and travel claims.
• Special projects as assigned.Ensure customers satisfaction, Build positive relationship with customers.
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
• Cooperate with technical team & share information across the organization.
