Organization Name :- Border Security Force (BSF)

BSF is the primary border guarding force of India established on 1 December 1965. It is one of the five Central Armed Police Forces by the Union of India. BSF under Union Government and administrative control of the Ministry of Homa Affairs.

BSF has been termed as the First Line of Defence of Indian Territories. It is one of many law enforcement agency of India. It currently stands as the world’s largest border guarding force. At present, BSF has 257,363 Active Personnel in their organization.

Salary :-

Sub-Inspector (SI): Rs. 35,400 – Rs. 1,12,400/- pm
Head Constable (HC): Rs. 25,500 – Rs. 81,100/- pm
Constable: Rs. 21,700 – Rs. 69,100/- pm

Qualification :-

SI (Master) : 12th Pass + Mater Certificate by Water Transport Authority/ Marine Department.
SI (Engine Driver): 12th Pass + Engine Driver Certificate by Water Transport Authority/Marine Department.
HC (Master): 10th Pass + Serang Certificate.
HC (Engine Driver): 10th Pass + 2nd Class Engine Driver Certificate.
HC (Workshop): 10th Pass + ITI in the Related Field.
Constable (Crew): 10th Pass + 1 Year Exp. in Operation of Boat + Swimming.

Selection Process :-

Stage I: Written Exam
Stage II: Physical Test (PET and PST)
