DRDO The Defence Research and Development Organisation was founded in 1958. Its parent agency is the Ministry of Defence and the agency executive is Dr. G. Satheesh Reddy (Chairman of DRDO)

The headquarters is in New Delhi. It is India’s largest and most diverse research organization. Around 30,000 employees including 5000 scientists are working in DRDO.

Positions :- Trade/Technician/Graduate Apprentice 

Job Location :- Bangalore 

Stipend :- 

• Graduate Apprentices: Rs. 9,000/-
• Technician Apprentices: Rs. 8,000/-
• Trade Apprentice: Rs. 7,000/- pm

Qualification :- 

Graduate Apprentice Trainees:

• B.E/ B.Tech in Electronics and Communication/ Computer Science/ Mechanical/ Electrical from a statutory University or an Institution.

Diploma Apprentice Trainees:

• Diploma in Engineering or Technology in Electronics and Communication/ Computer Science/ Mechanical/ Electrical /Civil disciplines from a recognised Institution/ State Board of Technical Education.

Technician (Vocational) Apprentice Trainees:

• ITI in Machinist / Fitter /Turner /Electrician /Welder /Electronic Mechanic / Computer Operator & Programming Assistant (COPA) / Mechanic Motor Vehicle (MMV) disciplines with a valid certificate issued by National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT).

Graduate Apprentice Trainees: 28 posts

Diploma Apprentice Trainees: 60 posts

• Electrician – 05
• Welder – 02

• Mechanic Motor Vehicle (MMV) – 02

Selection Process :-

• Candidates will be selected by shortlisting online applications based on academic merit and verifying the documents.
• Eligible candidates must bring a self-attested copy of the documents mentioned below & their original certificates, and the printout of the online application form during document verification/joining.

All Interested and eligible candidates for Graduate and Diploma Apprentice should enrol on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal under the establishment LRDE ID: SKABNC000060, and for Technician Apprentice Trainee enrol on the NAPS Portal under the Establishment Code: E05162900038, and apply on or before 17 March 2024.
