Experience :- 2 – 3 Years

Job Description :-
- 1. Attend complaints of customers for servicing/repair of products within the stipulated deadline and close the same with satisfactory report.
- 2. Prepare repair estimate for tools, to train newly appointed service engineer / technician.
- 3. Coordinate for requirement of material needed to repair the tools, to generate service report.
- 4. Problem solving approach good technical skills.
- 5. Authorised to sign repair estimate and make list of required spare parts, reporting to sales manager.. Prepare repair estimate for tools.
- 6. To train newly appointed service engineer / technician.
