Position :- Engineer Service Support
Qualification :- ITI in Electronics / Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication / BE. Electronics & Telecommunication / Any Diploma from Private Institute for Mobile Repairing, Set Top Box Or Laptop Repairing.
Experience :- 02 to 08 years
Job Location :- Guwahati
Salary :- ₹ 1,50,000 – 3,00,000 P
Job Description :-
- Ensure timely repair of device as per Company Set standards.
- Ensure productivity of device repairs per day as per Company set standards.
- Maintain bounce rate as per Company set standards .
- Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of work area.
- Ensure the repairs of RMA defective device .
- Ensure all calls repaired are marked completed in CRM/SAP with part used , perform QC checkpoints and repair details entered in CRM job sheet.
- Ensure all calls assigned are completed within 2 days (Including Observation @ SE level).
