Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) is the electricity generating and distributing company of the Government of Punjab state in India. It was formerly known as Punjab State Electricity Board (PSEB)

which was unbundled by the government of Punjab into two companies on 16 April 2010 as Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd. (POWERCOM) and Punjab State Transmission Corporation Ltd. (TRANSCO).

Position :- Assistant Lineman

Job Location :- Punjab

Stipend :- Rs. 19,900/- pm

Qualification :-

• Matriculation or equivalent and National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in Lineman Trade.
• The candidates who possess higher education, i.e., Degree/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering, will be considered only if they have minimum qualifications, i.e., National Apprenticeship Certificate in Lineman Trade.

Total Vacancies :- 2500 Posts

Age Limit (as on 01 January 2024) :- 18 – 37 Years 

Age Relaxation:

• SC/ST: 5 years
• PwBD: 10 years

Selection Process :-

• The selection will be based on written tests/Document Verification/Medical Examination.
