- ITI or Diploma in Mechanical
Experience :- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience as a fitter
Job Description :-
- Responsible for Fitting and Alignment activities for all rotary and static equipments.
- Well equipped with measurement system Metric/Inches, mm, feet. metres, vernier callipers, screw gauges.
- Well equipped with skillsets in Bearings, mechanical seals, couplings. alignment and fittings
- Well equipped with alignment techniques using Dial gauges, feeler gauges.
- Well equipped with heavy material movement techniques and using the lifting tools and tackles
- Well equipped with overhauling of gearboxes, pumps,
- Well equipped with pharma equipments. Blenders, compression machines, sifters, millers, capsulation
- Well equipped with fasteners RHS/LHS, metric/inches threading, measurement standards
- Well equipped with usage of hand tools, hacksaw cutting, grinding activities, torque wrenches
