Positions :- Trade/Technician/Graduate Apprentice

Stipend :-
Trade Apprentices:
- Fitter: Rs. 8,050/-
- Welder: Rs. 7,700/-
- Machinist: Rs. 8,050/-
- Plumber: Rs. 7,700/-
Technician Apprentices: Rs. 8,000/-
Graduate Apprentices: Rs. 9,000/-
Qualification :-
Trade Apprentices:
- High School Pass and ITI Pass as a Regular Full-Time candidate of the last Three years, from an NCVT/SCVT recognized institute.
- For all Trades except the Welder, an NCVT/SCVT certificate is required.
- For welders, NCVT shall only be considered.

Technician Apprentices:
- Pass in High School and Pass in Diploma in Engineering or Technology as a regular full-time from Govt. recognized Institute
- Candidates should possess a minimum Sixty per cent (60%) marks in Diploma in Engineering or Technology, to be eligible for applying for apprenticeship training.

- Passed in 10+2 and Graduation in Engineering or Technology as a regular full-time candidate in the last Three years from a Govt. Recognized Institution/University.

- Passed in 10+2 and Graduation in Science BBA Or B.Sc or BA as a regular full time candidate in the last Three years from a Govt. Recognized Institution/University (Assistant (HR))
Note: Candidates who have completed their ITI/Diploma/Graduation only in the last Three years i.e. 2022, 2023 & 2024 will be eligible to apply for apprenticeship training in 2024.
Duration of Training: The duration of Apprenticeship Training will be for a period of one year from the date of joining as per Apprentices Act, 1961.

Age Limit (As on 01 December 2024):
- Minimum 18 years
- Maximum 27 years
Age Relaxation:
- 5 years is admissible to SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC (NCL) candidates in the upper age limit. In the case of PwD (with minimum 40% disability), a relaxation of 10 years is admissible in the upper age limit.
Selection Process :-
- Selection will be based on an assessment test of all the candidates, who fulfil the conditions of the notification.
- Eligible candidates based on the marks secured in their Qualifying Examination shall be called for the assessment test.
- The assessment test will be of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
- Merit list will be drawn based on the marks secured by the candidate in the assessment test.
- In case of tie in marks at selection stage, candidate scoring higher percentage in Graduation, shall be given first preference, followed by candidate who is older in age.
