Qualification :-
- ITI in Mechanical Engineering, Candidate should have scored Minimum 60% in 10th,12th & in ITI – Mechanical Engineering
Experience :- 3-5 Years

Job Description :-
- Vibration Measurement of different machine (Motor, Pump, Compressor, Blower, Belt Conveyor Gearbox, Uplift pump, AHU, Agitators) in plant.
- Vibration Data Collection by Online vibration sensor /Online Bentley Nevada system.
- Conversant to work on vibration Data collector / Data analyzer.
- Data Loading & Unloading in the vibration software.
- Soft Foot measurement to the machines.
- Preparation of Daily/Weekly/Monthly Vibration report of all the machines in soft & hard formats.
- Trending / Tracking of High vibration machine /Abnormalities in the rotary machines.
- Temperature Measurement of Motor, Pump, GB bearings.
- Lube oil sample collections from different machines.
- Noise measurement of different machine and in the township.
