HPCL is an Indian oil and natural gas company with its headquarters at Mumbai in Maharashtra. It was incorporated in 1974 after the takeover and merger of erstwhile Esso Standard and Lube India Limited by the Esso Act 1974.

HPCL operates two major refineries producing a wide variety of petroleum fuels and specialities, one in Mumbai (West Coast) of 7.5 million metric tonnes per annum (MMTPA) capacity and the other in Visakhapatnam, (East Coast) with a capacity of 8.3 MMTPA.

HPCL Recruitment 2022 Stipend :-

  • Rs. 12,000/- pm

Qualification :-

COPA :

  • 10th Pass With Regular Full Time ITI (COPA) Course.

Electrician :

  • 10th Pass With Regular Full Time ITI (Electrician) Course.

Electronics Mechanic :

  • 10th Pass With Regular Full Time ITI (Electronics Mechanic) Course.

ICTSM :

  • 10th Pass With Regular Full Time ITI (ICTSM) Course.

Mechanical Fitter :

  • 10th Pass With Regular Full Time ITI (Mechanical Fitter) Course.

Domestic Data Entry Operator :

  • 12th Pass or its Equivalent With Skill Certificate Holder in Domestic Data Entry Operator.

Passout Year :-

ITI Pass :

  • ITI Pass out After 01-01-2019 Onwards Candidates Passed out Prior to 01-01-2019 are not eligible to apply.
  • 60℅  Aggregate Marks of all Semester Years for Gen/OBC-NC and 50℅ For SC/ST/PWD (VH/HH/OH*) Candidates in ITI

12th Pass :

  • 12th Class Pass out After 01-01-2019 Onwards Candidates Passed out Prior to 01-01-2019 are not eligible to apply.
  • 60℅  Aggregate Marks for Gen/OBC-NC and 50℅ For SC/ST/PWD (VH/HH/OH*) Candidates in 12th Class

Duration of Training For HPCL Recruitment :-

  • COPA : 12 Months
  • Electrician : 18 Months
  • Electronics Mechanic : 18 Months
  • ICTSM : 18 Months
  • Mechanical Fitter : 24 Months
  • Domestic Data Entry Operator : 12 Months

Age Limit (as on 24-01-2022) :-

  • 18 – 25 Years

Upper age limit is relaxable by :

  • For OBC Candidates: 3 Years
  • For SC/ST Candidates: 5 Years
  • For PwBD Candidates: 10 Years

Selection Process For HPCL Recruitment :-

  • Candidates fulfilling all the above mentioned eligibility criteria will be called for Document Verification. Management reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates to be called for Document Verification which will be tentatively scheduled in the month of February/March 2022.
  • Shortlisting of candidates will be done based on the percentage of marks obtained in the prescribed qualification applicable to the respective trade. Shortlisted candidates will have to appear for verification of documents.
  • Final offer for Apprenticeship Training would be subject to clearing the Medical iest as per HPCL standards and submission of all documents / certificates towards proof of Age, Qualifications, Caste, Medical certificate of PWBD and medical fitness etc.., as may be applicable.
